Key Delivery & Collection Service

Keep one of your spare keys in our Office.

it is important that a set of keys is available at all times in order for easy access to the Property

This enables our staff to effectively carry out services on the property satisfactorily and within the allocated time frame key will be held securely in our office for the winter checks and cleaning etc.

Your keys will be kept in safe location and will be given to the person or company (furniture, air condition repair etc.) under your request

  • Payments of your property tax

Property tax is %0.2 of the Property value can be paid twice a year in May and November . There will not be sent out any collection — it has to be paid to town hall. If this doesn’t happen there will be some penal interest.

Please note that the tax costs are not included in our price, We charge for paying the tax only. All invoice amounts will be taken off from your credit

  • Arrange insurance for your Property& Arrange (DASK) obligatory eartquake insurance

Arrange earthquake, comprehensive buildings and contents insurance. Renew your insurance policy under your request.

In Turkey there is a legal obligation to insure your home against earthquakes. This insurance is called OBLIGATORY DASK INSURANCE. Tapu Homes Service can arrange all types of insurance that you will need.

We can cover buildings & contents insurance, earthquake insurance etc.

  • Personally visual inspects once a month

We will visit your property every month, making a thorough inspection inside and out to ensure your property is in good order. These inspections will be followed up by monthly reports and digital photos emailed to you when necessary. If any problems within the property arise and may need work we will assess this and forward all the information to you with a quote if needed. We will check the Property with our Property check list we will email a report telling you date /time carried out and report of any faults if found.

  • Check post box

Your mail in Turkey will be collected and forwarded on to you if necessary at regular intervals.

We will flush all toilets in your property so you won’t have any nasty smells to greet you from the drain system also we will check all rain water pipes to make sure any blockages have not occurred. Provide reports on the condition of the Property via e­mail when necessary

  • Air all the rooms once a month . Airing of the property – every month when unoccupied.

It is important if your property is unoccupied for any length of time to circulate the air to minimize any condensation and damp build up. We will open shutters and windows to air your property, flush toilets, run taps and showers to clear any stagnant water .We will make sure that your Turkish property is clean and tidy, testing appliances to make sure all are in working order – gas, electricity, security systems if applicable.

 

  • Visual check of the interior against pests and vermins invasion
  • The property will be checked for insect infestation every month

There ara many animals which might really look pretty in and around your house such as ants, baby mice etc.but you should know the reality that about all the pests and vermin which we find in our house will start to reproduce when they are just six to seven weeks old?

If you pose the essential counting knowledge of the maths then you will definitely know that how much trouble that these vermin and pests can cause because of their vast increasing numbers within a short span of time.

Dont worry we will focus on it and fix when this happens

  • Provide reports on the condition of property via e-mail when necessary

During our monthly inspections. We will note our foundings to the Property check list,and send it to your e-mail address if there is any fault. Failures will be fixed under your request.

  • Payment of electric,water etc.bills

Bill payments (electricty bill, water bill, property tax, payments) Monthly utility bills which include your water, electricity, buildings & contents insurance, earthquake insurance (DASK) and all other kinds of insurance can be paid on your behalf. Any additional bills to need to be paid can also be arranged.

Please note that the bill costs are not included in our price, We charge for paying the bill only. All invoice amounts will be taken off from your credit

  • Arrange transfer to and from airport

we will be waiting for you or your guests at the airport and you will be chauffeur driven to your holiday home. It is the same tariff night or day and all drivers have proven reliability

Antalya region is under minimum risk of earthquake katastrof but the other dangerous risks like fire storm are still exists. Also for smaller damages like broken glass, thieving etc. you don’t have to pack, buy tickets and fly to Antalya.          We’ll arrive to your home ASAB and act like/as it were our own .Inform the gendarme and contact with the insurance company to get your claims for this service you have to give power of attorney to our company

  • Assistance advice& Tourist information service

There is a very long list of activities you can experience in Turkey like Istanbul, Anatolian or Mediterranean tours.

Golfing, bowling, gym, horse riding- Hamam, saunas, Turkish baths, massages- Any special requests for special occasions Also you can be interested in extreme or relaxing holiday activities.

Decoration: We help you to decorate your home. If you are looking for beds, sofas, chairs, garden tables, pool maintenance, decorative textile materials, curtains, carpets, we have them all for you to decorate your new home in Turkey. We work with professional decorators.

  • Gas, drinking water service

We don’t have gas wire pipe system and we do not drink tap water in Turkey 20 kg. Gas bottles and 19lt.large water bottles are generally used through out Turkey when refill is needed please give us a call. We will forward your orders the same minute There will not be a possibility for missunderstanding your address or order.

  • Start and run automobiles to help keep the battery an engine running smoothly

when we visite your home we’II start and run the engine if you have an automobile ,the engine has to be started once a month. This will help the battery to recharge and engine to oil.

  • Arrange cleaning service

It takes approx. 6 to 8 hours drive and flight to arrive your home. You will  be tired and sleepy. You deserve clean sheets and disinfected toilet to relax. We don’t have a cleaning team under our company. But/ we prefer to work with private/personal maids. We can arrange a perfect cleaning for your home or check if you already arranged one from your home to your holiday/summer home.

We remind you cleaning service is not free of charge.

SALARIED CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES

-If you request assistance to get your residency permit, You will be picked up from your home with our service car to Alanya Police Station.

-Arrange register your electricity and water meter connection o your name. We will do the paperworks (If Power of ottorney was not given) you have to sign at both electricity and water companies. You will be picked up from your home with our service car to Alanya both electricity and water companies.

 

-Participate in owners meetings on your behalf  If power of otterney given.(once a year, for 2         hours additional charged at 50€ extra 15€ per hour after the first 2 hours)

 

-Notary public assistance, You will be picked up from your home with our service car to Alanya (for 2 hours additional charged at 50€- extra 15€ per hour after the first 2 hours)

 

-Finding Lawyers which is profession on your trouble , arrange and manage meetings with the lawyers. You will be picked up from your home with our service car to Alanya (for 2 hours additional charged at 50€- extra 15€ per hour after the first 2 hours)
